Our Ahmedabad office is located at B 5 Sakal Appartment, which is right opposite the Naranpura Post Office. If you know the Naranpura area at all, you know the post office is the main landmark everyone uses to find their way around. Being right across from it means we see a lot of people coming and going all day long. The apartment building itself is an older structure, and our unit is on the ground floor which makes it much easier for moving boxes and equipment in and out. Inside, it’s packed with different kitchen gadgets, boxes, and spare parts for various machines. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes, and we’re always tripping over a crate or a power cord. We spend most of our time answering calls and trying to help people figure out what’s wrong with their stoves or mixers. It’s honest work and it gets pretty busy, especially before the holidays when everyone is cooking more. The fans in the office are always humming to keep the afternoon heat down. We don't have a big shiny showroom with sales people. It’s more of a functional space where we get things done. We usually have a stack of delivery slips on the desk and a pot of tea going in the corner. It’s a simple setup in a good part of Ahmedabad, and we’ve been here long enough to know the postman by name and know exactly when he comes by.
