Khstrupal General Store

This is Khstrupal General Store. We are located at Shop No 18 in Raghuvir Park - 2. That is in Ahmedabad, and the area code is 380001. It is just a small place we started to help out the people living nearby. We carry mostly everything you’d expect a general store to have. We have stuff for the house, some stationary for the kids, and basic kitchen items. The shop is not very large, so we have to stack things pretty high on the shelves. Sometimes you have to ask us to reach something down for you. We don't mind. It’s better than having an empty shop. We spend most of our day here from early morning. The neighborhood is quiet mostly, except for the evenings when people come home. We've lived in Ahmedabad a long time, so we know how things work here. Dealing with suppliers can be a headache sometimes, especially when they forget half the order. But we figure it out. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in the city. We just want to be the one that people can rely on when they realize they forgot to buy salt or a lightbulb. It’s just us here, no big staff or corporate rules. We just open the shutters, sweep the floor, and wait for the first customer to walk in. It is an honest way to spend the day and we like it.
