Our office is pretty basic. We have some desks, a few computers, and a lot of maps of the local area. We don't spend much on decorations because we'd rather focus on the actual building work. Most days are spent coordinating with different contractors or checking on the progress of a site. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. We aren't a big corporation with layers of management. If you call, you’re likely to talk to one of us directly. We’ve had our ups and downs like any local business. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate or a delivery is late, and we just have to deal with it. We like being near the Cama Hotel because it feels like the heart of the area. It’s a practical location for us. We don't use a lot of fancy talk or marketing slogans. We just tell it like it is. If you want to know about a project, we’ll show you the plans.
