We are based at 69 Award in the Kubernagar area of Ahmedabad. It’s a busy part of the city, and there’s always something going on outside our doors. Our office is tucked away in a building that’s been around for quite some time. Inside, we have our desks set up for the daily grind of recruitment and office work. It’s not a very big space, so things can get a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time. We have a lot of paperwork piled up because we deal with so many different job applications. The neighborhood has a lot of small shops and houses, so it feels very much like a community. Sometimes the traffic in Kubernagar makes it hard to get here quickly, but we are used to it by now. We aren't a corporate giant with a fancy lobby. We just have a front door that anyone can walk through if they have a question about work. We spend our days making calls and trying to sort out staffing for various companies. The walls are a bit plain, and the floor has some scuffs, but it’s a good place to work. We enjoy the local atmosphere and the fact that we can grab a quick snack from the street vendors nearby. It’s just us doing our thing in Ahmedabad. The fans keep us cool enough most of the time.
