Our place is at No. 49 in the Alok Industrial Estate. We are tucked away behind GVMM in the Kathwada GIDC area, just off Odhav Road. It is a real industrial setting with a lot of factories and workshops all around us. You can hear the sounds of machines and trucks moving throughout the day. We work on control systems, which involves a lot of wiring and electrical components. The workshop is big and has concrete floors. It’s not the kind of place where you’d ever wear a suit. We are usually in our work clothes, getting our hands dirty with the hardware and tools. There is a lot of dust because of all the nearby industries, so we have to clean the benches often. We have a small office area blocked off from the main floor where we handle the paperwork. It’s a practical space built for manual work and assembly. Most of the other businesses around here are doing similar industrial jobs, so we all know the routine and the local guys. We get our supplies from local vendors and send our systems out to various clients. It’s a no-nonsense environment for sure. We don’t have any fancy signs or lobby areas for people to wait in. If you come to find us, just look for number 49 behind the main GVMM buildings. We stay busy with the work and don't worry about the rest of the noise.
