So we are over here at Plot No. 3 in the Tribhuvan Estate. Most people know the spot because it is right opposite the Maruti Way Bridge in Gidc. If you’ve ever been around Road No. 8, you probably saw our sign. We have been working with plastic stuff for quite a while now. It gets pretty dusty inside the workshop especially when the machines are running full tilt but that is just how it goes in this line of work. My brother and I usually open up early in the morning to get things ready before the staff arrives. There is always a lot of scrap lying around that needs sorting and sometimes the power acts up but we manage to keep things moving. We don't really do much fancy stuff here, just honest work making plastic parts and getting them out to people who need them. The traffic near the bridge can be a nightmare in the evenings so we try to get our deliveries out before the rush starts. It’s a basic setup really. We have got the molding machines and the cutting area all squeezed into the shed. It is loud and hot most days but we like being part of the local industrial scene. Sometimes neighbors stop by for a quick chat or to borrow a tool. That is just how life is in Gidc. We aren't trying to be anything big or flashy, just keep the machines humming.
