You can find us on the third floor of Sumel Business Park-III, which is the Safal-3 building. We are in unit E-316, right across from Gate No. 4 of the New Cloth Market on Kankaria Road. It’s a busy part of the city, and the elevators are often full of people going to the different offices. Our space is filled with desks, computers, and a lot of maps. We spend most of our time booking trips and checking on hotel availability. It's not a quiet job because the phones are always ringing with someone asking about a bus or a flight. We aren't some giant travel agency with a call center in another country. It is just us here in the office, trying to make sure people get their tickets on time. Sometimes the printers act up or the booking system crashes, and we have to scramble to fix things. We usually have a kettle going for tea, and we eat our lunch at our desks while we work. The view from the window is mostly of the market across the street, which is always crowded with trucks and shoppers. We've been doing this for a bit now and know the routes pretty well. We don’t try to sell people things they don't need, we just listen to where they want to go and see what we can find for them. It’s a straightforward business.
