Kalpana Parmar

I am Kalpana Parmar and I’ve got my setup here at F-3 P & T Colony. We are right near the Sha-E-Alam Gate in Ahmedabad. It’s an old part of the city with a lot of history and very narrow streets in some places. I like being near the gate because it’s a landmark everyone knows. My workspace isn’t very big, but it’s enough for what I need to do. I’ve been working from this colony for a while now. It’s a quiet place mostly, filled with families and people who have lived here for decades. I don't have any glossy brochures or fancy mission statements. I just handle the tasks as they come. Sometimes the neighbors come by for a chat, which can slow things down, but that is part of being in a community like this. My English isn’t perfect and I don't care much for corporate talk. I just want to do my job and go home at the end of the day. The building is a bit old, and the stairs are steep, but it has character. I do all my filing and computer work from a small corner room. It’s not a high-tech environment by any means. It’s just a practical space where I can focus. That’s the reality of how I run things here.
