Our office, Kaeser Compressors India Pvt. Ltd., is at 402, Atma House. We are right opposite the Old Reserve Bank on Ashram Road. It’s a busy part of the city, so there is always a lot of traffic outside our windows. The building is one of those older ones that everyone recognizes. We spend our days handling paperwork, taking calls, and dealing with whatever comes up. It is a decent enough office, but we don’t worry too much about looking perfect. There are files everywhere and the tea guy comes around a few times a day. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Most people find us because of the bank across the street, which is a good landmark. The elevator in the building can be a bit slow in the mornings when everyone is arriving. We just settle in and get to work. It’s a mix of younger staff and some who have been here forever. We don’t have a big philosophy or anything like that. We just know what needs to be done and we do it. The office gets a lot of light in the afternoon. It’s a decent place to spend the day. Sometimes things get hectic with deadlines, but we just keep going. It is a very normal, local operation in a busy district and we like it here well enough.
