Just Returned From London

Our place is at D 31 in the Akshardham Bunglow II, located near the Government Tubewell in Bopal, Ahmedabad. It’s a bit of a distance from the main city center, but Bopal has grown so much lately that it feels like its own world. The bunglow is a nice enough spot, with a bit of a driveway and some trees around the perimeter. Coming back to Ahmedabad after being in London was a big change, and we wanted a workspace that felt open and airy. We’ve got some mismatched furniture that we gathered when we first moved in. There are still a few unpacked boxes in the corner that we haven’t gotten around to yet. The landmark of the tubewell is how most people find us, otherwise, they’d be lost in the maze of bungalows here. We work at a pretty relaxed pace. The atmosphere inside is very casual; we don’t wear suits or anything like that. Most of the time it’s just the sound of the fans and the occasional car driving by on the lane outside. We like being in District Ahmedabad because the air is a bit clearer out here in Bopal. It’s a good place to focus on work without the constant noise of the inner city. We’re just settling in and making the most of the space we have here. Being Just Returned From London, we brought back a few ideas but mostly we just wanted a comfortable place to work in Ahmedabad.
