Jcj Locums Ltd is located in Ahmedabad, right near the Jodhpur Cross Roads. We’re in the Kadambari Society, specifically building C 6, which is just behind the Starbazar. If you know Ahmedabad, you know that Jodhpur Cross Roads is a very busy junction. It’s always crowded with traffic and people, which makes our location quite central. We work in the locum and recruitment space, but we don’t run things like a big, cold agency. Our office is a place where we actually sit down and talk through the schedules and the placements. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking calendars to make sure every shift is covered. The space is a bit cramped with files and papers, but we know where everything is. We don’t have a professional decorator; we just have desks and chairs that work. Most of us have been in this field for a while, so we understand the stress of finding the right person for a spot at the last minute. We don't promise anything we can't do. We just look at who is available and try to bridge the gap. Being behind Starbazar is handy for grabbing a quick lunch or running errands. It’s a practical location for a practical business. We aren't interested in looking like a high-end firm. We just want to get the shifts filled and keep our clients and workers satisfied with the arrangements we make.
