If you go down near Jamalpur Gate in Ahmedabad, you’ll find Goldfire Services. It’s a historic part of the city, and being near the gate means there’s always something interesting happening outside. We spend our days handling various service tasks, and the work can be quite varied depending on what comes in. The building itself is older, but it has a lot of character, and we like being part of the Jamalpur landscape. It gets incredibly dusty around here, so we are constantly cleaning the desks and the equipment. We aren't a big corporation with polished floors and glass walls. We are just a group of people working in a space that’s seen a lot of years. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, and we just take a break until it comes back. That’s just life in this part of Ahmedabad. We focus on getting the tasks done one by one, without making a big fuss about it. We’ve known the local vendors for a long time, and we usually get our lunch from the same stall every day. It’s a steady routine that keeps us going. Goldfire might not be a name everyone knows, but for those of us working here, it’s our second home and we take it seriously.
