Ion Exchange

Ion Exchange has another setup at 51 A Sadbhav Complex, which is right opposite Asia School on Drivein Road in Ahmedabad. This is a very busy area, especially when school starts or lets out. Drivein Road is always packed with cars and rickshaws. Our office in Sadbhav Complex is on one of the upper floors. It’s a standard commercial building, nothing too fancy. We have a lot of walk-ins sometimes because the location is so well-known. The office is filled with water testing equipment and various filters. It can get a bit cluttered when a big shipment arrives. We have a small team here, and everyone wears a few different hats. One minute you're answering the phone, and the next you're helping a customer with a technical question. The lift in the building is a bit temperamental, so we often just take the stairs. It’s a good workout, I guess. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free at the desk. It’s a very practical way of doing things. We’ve been at this Ahmedabad location for a good while, and we know most of the other shop owners in the complex. It’s a busy, dusty, and productive place to be every day. We just focus on getting the water issues sorted for whoever comes through the door. It is not always perfect, but we keep at it.
