We are located at 2 Shrinath Colony, right across from Radhanpur Society on Bhairavnath Road. It is a pretty busy part of Ahmedabad, and there is always something going on outside our windows. We have been in this spot for a while now, and the office has become a second home to most of us. It is not a flashy place with marble floors or fancy art. Instead, we have got functional desks, a lot of folders, and a coffee machine that sometimes works when it feels like it. The neighborhood is mostly families and other small businesses, so it feels very grounded. We start our mornings quite early to avoid the worst of the city traffic. By the time the sun is high, we are already deep into our work. We do not have any big corporate slogans on the walls. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and talk about the local news during our breaks. There is a small shop nearby where we get our afternoon snacks, and that is usually the highlight of the day for many of us. We like the fact that we are part of the local community here in Ahmedabad. It is a straightforward way of working without all the extra layers of bureaucracy you find in bigger companies. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized, even if the desk piles get a bit high.
