INSTRUMENTS INDIA is based out of Ganesh Kunj, right at number 42. We are situated in Amraiwadi, across from the Arihant Flats and close to Gita Vidhyalaya. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads. We’ve been operating from this location for many years now. The office is part of a residential-feeling area, which makes it feel more personal than a cold industrial park. We deal with various types of measuring instruments and tools. Our space is usually cluttered with boxes and equipment waiting to be shipped out or checked. It’s not a showroom; it’s a working office. We spend our days checking orders and making sure everything is accurate. Amraiwadi is a practical place to be. We know the neighbors, and the local shops know us. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. We just focus on the instruments. When someone calls, they usually talk to one of the three or four of us who are always here. We try to be helpful without making a big deal out of it. It’s just how we were taught to do things. Sometimes the heat in the afternoon is a bit much, but we have our fans going and we get through the work. It’s a steady life here at Ganesh Kunj. We appreciate the people who keep coming back to us. We’re just local people providing tools for other workers who need them to get their own jobs done.
