You can find us at P 10 Avani Row Houses, which is just behind the Satellite Tower in the Satellite area of Ahmedabad. This is a bit of a different setup for India Bulls Housing Finance Limited because it’s a row house. It doesn't feel like a cold office building. It feels more like a home that was turned into a workspace. We have a small yard out front where some plants grow. Inside, we have our desks spread out across the rooms. The Satellite area is usually quite busy, but being in a row house gives us a little bit of quiet. We spend our time going through housing finance documents and talking to people about their homes. It’s funny because we are working out of a house to help people get their own. The kitchen area is where we usually take our breaks. We don't have a big corporate canteen. We bring our own tiffins and eat together. The stairs are a bit narrow, so we have to be careful when carrying boxes of files up and down. It is a very practical way to work. We like the neighborhood because everything is close by. If you need to find us, just look for the row houses behind the tower. We are usually busy with paperwork but there is always someone around to talk to.
