Our work happens over in Thaltej, which is a growing part of Ahmedabad. We are involved with Decisioncraft Analytics As, though we aren't a massive corporation with a huge sign on the building. It’s more of a focused, small-team environment where we look at data and try to make sense of it for various projects. Thaltej has changed a lot lately, with new shops and offices popping up everywhere. Our space is functional and simple. We have the basic stuff like computers, whiteboards for scribbling ideas, and a small area for lunch. It’s not about having a polished image; we just care about getting the numbers right and finishing the tasks we are given. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We don't have a dedicated marketing person or a fancy lobby. If you come by, you'll just see a few people concentrated on their screens. We like the local vibe of this neighborhood. Sometimes we go out to the local stalls for snacks in the evening. The work can be a bit dry since it's all about analytics, but we find it interesting. We’ve been based in Ahmedabad for a while and have seen the city expand. Our office is just a small part of that growth. It’s a straightforward place to work without any corporate drama or unnecessary meetings. We just get on with things and try to be as accurate as possible for the people who hire us.
