We are located at L - 129/3 in the M.I.D.C. area of Ahmadnagar. We're pretty close to the L & T plant, which is a big landmark around here. Our work involves moulding, and we've been operating out of this facility in Maharashtra for quite some time. The factory floor is usually humming with the sound of the machines. It’s a practical setup, designed for production rather than looking pretty. We deal with various moulds and plastic parts. There’s always the smell of hot plastic in the air, which you get used to after a while. The workers here know the machines inside out. We spend most of our time making sure the cycles are running correctly and the pieces come out like they should. It’s an industrial life, following the shifts and keeping up with the production schedule. The M.I.D.C. is a busy hub, so there’s always trucks and activity nearby. We don’t have a big corporate office; the management sits pretty close to where the actual work happens. It helps us keep an eye on things. If you're coming from the main road, just look for the L & T sign and we're not far from there. It's just a regular industrial unit doing its thing every day. We don't worry about being fancy, we just worry about the output. The machines need constant looking after, and that’s what we do.
