Iim Ahmedabad

This is the Iim Ahmedabad office located in Wing 12. If you know the campus, you know that Wing 12 has its own particular feel to it. It’s part of that big brick architecture that everyone talks about. Inside, the hallways are quite long and the ceilings are high. It can get a bit chilly in the winter months when the wind blows through the corridors. We spend our days here at the Iim Ahmedabad desks, mostly dealing with students and faculty who come by with questions. There is always a lot of paper moving around. We have bookshelves lined with old reports and boxes tucked into corners. The windows look out over the grounds, and you can see people walking to their next class. It is a busy place, but in a quiet, steady sort of way. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few notes pinned up. The furniture is heavy and solid, built to last. We usually have a pot of coffee going somewhere nearby. It’s a lot of work keeping everything in order in Wing 12, but we manage. People stop by to drop off forms or just to ask where something is. It is just the regular, daily grind of life here at the institute. We stay late some days, just to finish up the filing. It’s just how things go here.
