Idbi Bank

This branch is tucked away in 1 New Prashant Park Society, near the Vastrapur railway crossing in Vejalpur. Being in a society like this gives the bank a very different feel than a typical office building. It’s more personal. We see the residents walking their dogs or going to the market while we are working. Ahmedabad can be hot, so we usually have the fans going full blast while we sit at our desks. We handle the Idbi Bank work for this side of Vejalpur. It’s a lot of passbook entries, cash handling, and fixing errors in accounts. We don't have any polished corporate mission here. We just come in, do the work, and go home. The railway crossing nearby means we hear the trains quite often, but it’s part of the background noise now. Most of our customers are from the Prashant Park area or the nearby blocks. They come in because it’s close to home. We don't try to impress anyone with fancy furniture or big promises. It’s just a practical place to get your banking done. We try to be helpful when people are confused about their statements. It’s a small operation, but we keep things organized.
