We set up Icra Management Consulting Services over in Vastrapur, inside the Shilanyas Apartment building. It’s on the third floor, unit 304. Ahmedabad is a city that never really stops, and being in Vastrapur means there's always something going on outside our windows. The office itself is pretty simple. We didn't spend much on fancy decorations because we’d rather just focus on the consulting work we handle. We have a few desks pushed together and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. The team is small, just a handful of us who’ve been together for a while. We know the local tea stall downstairs quite well by now and they know our names. Usually, our mornings are quiet, just the sound of keyboards clicking away. Then it picks up in the afternoon. We don’t have a big reception area or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, if the door knocks, one of us just gets up to see who it is. Vastrapur is a great part of town, and we’ve seen it change a lot over the years. Even though the city grows around us, our little corner in Shilanyas stays pretty much the same. We like the routine of it all. Coming in, getting the work sorted, and heading home before the traffic gets too bad. It’s a practical way to run things, and it works for us without needing any corporate gimmicks.
