We are based in Ahmedabad, at 15 Vallabh Row House near Lad Society in the Vastrapur area. It’s a good location, and being in a row house makes it feel more like a home than a stiff office. We like it that way. Most of the people working here at Icici Prudential Life Insurance Co Ltd have been in the insurance field for years. We spend our days managing life insurance policies for the locals. It involves a lot of reading through fine print and making sure all the boxes are checked correctly. We don't have big signs or flashy lights. We just have a small space where we get the job done. Vastrapur is a lively neighborhood, so there is always something going on outside. Inside, we are usually busy with clients or sorting through the mail. We talk to people about their plans and try to help them understand the different options without using any confusing words. It’s a very hands-on job. We have our files organized, but the place looks like a real office where people actually work, not some cold showroom. We value the relationships we have with the people who come in. It’s just us doing our part in the community, handling the boring but necessary parts of life insurance so others don't have to worry about it too much. We try to keep the coffee fresh and the paperwork moving as fast as we can.
