Our office is located in Garbi Chock, right near Banas Bank in Shihori. This is part of the Kankarej taluka in Banaskantha district. It’s a small town setting, so things move a bit slower here compared to the big cities. The building is simple and doesn’t stand out much from the other shops nearby. We see a lot of farmers and local traders coming in to handle their finances. The dust from the road often settles on the windowsills, so we have to wipe them down quite often. Inside, we have basic furniture and the essential computers needed to get the work done. There isn't much in the way of decoration. We focus on the practical side of things, like processing deposits and answering questions about local accounts. The power can be a bit unreliable at times, but we have a backup system that usually kicks in. It’s a very honest sort of place to work. We talk to the customers about their families and the local news while we help them with their banking. It feels more like a community hub than a strict corporate office. We take our breaks when things are quiet and usually have some local snacks from the market. It’s a straightforward life here in Shihori. We just try to do our jobs well and help the people from our district with whatever they need. The work is steady and the faces are familiar, which makes the days go by pleasantly.
