Our branch is located at A 12 Shardul Apartment, which is right by Shymal Raw House 3. If you are driving on the 132 Ft Ring Road in the Satellite area of Ahmedabad, you’ve probably passed us plenty of times. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always noise from the traffic outside. We have been at this spot for a while now, helping the locals with their banking needs. It’s not a huge office, but it works for what we need. We spend our days mostly looking at screens, counting cash, and signing papers. The residents from the nearby apartments often drop by to check on their accounts or update their details. It feels very much like a neighborhood spot even though we are on a major road. We don't go in for big marketing talk. We just show up, do the jobs that need doing, and try to help folks out when they have issues with their cards or transfers. Sometimes it gets crowded in the lobby, especially on Saturday mornings, but we try to move through the line as fast as we can. It’s just a normal office where people work hard and try to keep things organized. The 380 051 pin code area is quite active, so we stay pretty busy from morning until we close. It is a lot of routine work, but we find that most people appreciate just getting their tasks finished.
