Hr Executive

Hr Executive is over here at Anandnagar Apartments, right behind the Nava Vadaj Depot. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The office isn't anything fancy, just some desks and a few computers where we look at resumes all day. Ahmedabad can get really hot, so the fan is always running. Most mornings, I grab a tea from the stall near the depot before coming upstairs to start work. People come in looking for jobs, or companies call us because they need staff. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing emails to see who fits where. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we just have to wait it out. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of noise from the buses, but we’re used to it. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us trying to get things done and making sure people have the right papers ready for their interviews. We keep a lot of physical folders even though everything is supposed to be digital now. It just feels safer that way. Usually, I leave around six or seven, depending on how many calls are left. It's a simple life here in Nava Vadaj. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized among all the paperwork. The walls could use a new coat of paint, but it works for now. It is a very normal office.
