You can find Heatcon Equipments Amraiwadi over at 39 Ramdev Estate. We are right opposite the Baroda Express Way on National Highway No 8 in the Ctm area. It’s a busy location because of the highway. There are trucks and cars zooming past all hours of the day. The estate itself is quite large, and we’ve been at number 39 for a good bit. It’s a functional space, mostly dedicated to the equipment we handle. It isn't a place for meetings in suits. We mostly wear work clothes and get our hands dirty. The Ctm area is a hub of activity, which is good for business but can be a bit loud. Our shop is just one of many in the Ramdev Estate, but we like our corner. We don’t have a big marketing team writing stuff for us. We just put the name on the door and get to it. Sometimes the dust from the highway gets into the office, but that’s just life on National Highway No 8. We’ve got a small team and we know our regulars well. It’s an honest living. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy building. We just want to make sure the equipment is ready when it needs to be. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. It’s just how we do things here in Amraiwadi. We keep it simple and stay busy.
