Our office is over in Paldi, specifically at Jethabhai Park Society on Narayan Nagar Road. It is a quiet residential area for the most part, but we have our setup here at A 1 13. Dealing with water resources development means there is always something to look at regarding the local supply and infrastructure. We aren't a big corporate tower or anything. It's more of a practical space where we look at maps and talk about projects. Being in Ahmedabad, you get used to the pace of the city. We have people coming in from the main Gandhinagar offices too. Sometimes the neighbors wonder what we're doing with all the charts, but it's just the daily grind of government-related work. We drink a lot of tea while we go over the plans and reports. The building is a bit older, which gives it some character, I guess. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You just walk in and talk to whoever is at their desk. It can get a bit cluttered with all the files and large blueprints stacked up, but we know where everything is. Working on water stuff is just one of those things that has to happen behind the scenes to keep things running. We've been in this spot for a while now and most people in the society know us by now. It’s just work for us.
