Gujarat Informatics Limited is located in G 8 Sugam Flats, right near the Vasna Bus Stand in Ahmedabad. Being so close to the bus stand means there is a constant hum of activity outside. It’s a very handy location if you are taking public transport. Our office in the flats isn't very big, but we have managed to fit everything we need for our informatics work. We have cables and computers everywhere, as you might expect. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but it is functional for us. We don’t go for any of that high-tech office design. It’s just simple furniture and some good lights so we can see what we are doing on the screens. The 380 007 area of Vasna is quite crowded, and the Sugam Flats are a well-known landmark for the locals. We get our work done without much fuss. We don't spend money on advertising or fancy websites that talk about "innovation" all the time. We just sit at our desks and handle the data and information tasks that come our way. Most of us have been working here for years, so we’ve seen the bus stand area change quite a bit. It’s a bit noisy, a bit dusty, but it’s where we are and we’re used to it now. We just handle the digital stuff in a very analog environment.
