Shagun Event Care

Our office is located at G-401 in Stavan Ample. If you are trying to find us, we are right behind the Vodafone Tower, which is near Gota Circle in the Gota area. Shagun Event Care is run by a few of us who enjoy putting things together. It is mostly a lot of phone calls and spreadsheets when we are in the office, and then a lot of running around once we get to a site. We store some of our smaller supplies and paperwork here, but most of the bigger equipment stays in a separate warehouse or goes straight to where it is needed. Gota is a growing part of town, so there is always some construction or something new happening nearby. We do not have a big storefront with decorations; it is more of a practical home base for us to plan things out. Sometimes the office feels a bit small when everyone is in at the same time during the peak season. We spend a lot of time on our mobiles, checking in with various vendors or making sure the transport is arriving on time. It can get a little bit chaotic when multiple things are happening at once, but we manage to get through it every year. We are not some massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a local team that understands the logistics of a gathering. We do not use much fancy language.
