Global Talent Acquisitions

Global Talent Acquisitions is located in Unit 6 of the Gold Coin Row House. We are part of the Alkamar Society, which is right behind the Royal Akbar Tower on Sarkhej Road in Ahmedabad. If you’ve ever driven down Sarkhej Road, you know how the traffic can be, so we usually try to get into the office early before the main road gets blocked up. Being in a row house means we have a bit more space than a tiny cubicle in a mall. We have two floors, though we mostly huddle on the ground floor where it’s cooler. The upstairs gets quite stuffy in the Ahmedabad summer. We’ve got a small garden area in front, but honestly, it’s mostly just dust and a few hardy plants we forget to water. Inside, it’s a bit of a mess with papers and files everywhere. We tried to organize it once, but it lasted about three days. People come in and out for meetings, and we usually end up serving them tea from the shop at the corner. The Royal Akbar Tower is the best landmark to give people because otherwise, they wander around Alkamar Society for twenty minutes. It’s a practical place for us. We don’t have a big HR team or a polished lobby. It’s just a bunch of desks and people talking on phones all day long. It gets the job done without any extra fluff.
