Global Innovsource Pvt Ltd is over here in Ahmedabad, right near the Jai Hind School at Maninagar Cross Roads. If you know this specific part of town, you know it gets incredibly crowded around the morning and afternoon school hours. Our office is located at 1 Netaji Society. It's a very convenient spot for us because most of the staff lives nearby and can walk or take a short ride. We aren't a massive corporation with shiny glass lobbies and receptionists. Instead, we have a functional, simple space where the actual work happens. The morning starts with everyone pulling in their bikes, finding a spot in the narrow lane, and getting settled at their desks. We deal with various business operations and administrative things throughout the day. Usually, someone is always checking the files or making sure the computer systems are running properly. It’s a lot of routine work, but it keeps everything moving as it should. The small chai stall around the corner is where we all end up most afternoons for a quick ten-minute break. We don't spend any time on fancy marketing or trying to look bigger than we actually are. It’s just us doing the work we were hired to do. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out and talk about the local news. It’s a friendly, down-to-earth atmosphere here. We really like being part of the Maninagar community and seeing the familiar faces every day.
