We are located in G-23 at Sur Sagar Tower. If you know where the Sattadhar Bus Stand is in Ghatlodia, we are just right there. It’s a busy spot in Ahmedabad, so there’s always people walking by and the sound of buses pulling in and out. Our office isn't very large, just enough space for a couple of desks and some storage for the items we deal with. We started out small and we’ve stayed that way, which suits us just fine. Most days start with a cup of tea and looking over what needs to be delivered or ordered. The traffic in Ghatlodia can be a real headache in the evenings, but being near the bus stand makes it easy for people to find us. We handle a bit of everything here, mostly trading and supplying stuff that local businesses need. It’s not a high-tech operation, just some filing cabinets and a computer that’s a bit slow on Monday mornings. We know most of our regular customers by name. It’s nice having a shop in a place where people actually stop and talk. Sometimes the elevator in the tower acts up, so we just take the stairs. It keeps us moving. We don’t put on airs here. What you see is what you get—a small team trying to keep things running smoothly. The summer heat is the only real complaint we have, but the ceiling fan does its job.
