Ge Betz India Pvt Ltd is located over at C 12 in Samrajaya Society. It is a bit of a different setup for us since we are in a residential-style society area instead of a big commercial park. It makes the workday feel a little more grounded and less stressful, honestly. We are not in one of those tall glass towers. Instead, we have this spot where we can actually open a window and see some trees outside. It has been our base for a good while now. The team here is pretty small, and we all know each other well enough to know how we like our tea. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff that people do not usually see or think about. It involves a lot of tracking and coordinating different tasks. Sometimes it feels like we are just pushing papers around, but it is important for keeping everything running. The society is usually quiet, except for the occasional delivery truck or neighbors walking their dogs in the afternoon. We like it that way. Inside the office, it is a bit of a mess sometimes with files everywhere, but we know where everything is kept. We do not bother with fancy dress codes; most of us just wear whatever is comfortable for the weather. It is just a normal workplace with normal people trying to do a decent job without making a big deal out of it.
