Freelance Corporate Trainer

I am based over in Ahmedabad, specifically in the Satellite area near Ramdevnagar. My spot is at E 24 Sharnam Ix, right across from Chandan Farm. It’s a decent area to work from, though it gets quite dusty in the summer. I spend a lot of time preparing materials for training sessions. Companies around here often need someone to come in and talk to their teams about how things should run. I’ve done this for a long time. My office isn't much, just where I keep my files and my computer and some old binders. I travel to different offices most days of the week. The traffic near Super Soc can be a bit much in the mornings. I try to leave early so I'm not rushing and stressed before I even start. When I'm not at a client site, I'm here at home base getting ready for the next day or catching up on paperwork. It’s a lot of talking and listening to what people need in their workplaces. I don't use a lot of fancy slides if I can help it. I prefer just talking to people and seeing what the real issues are. Ahmedabad has changed a lot since I started doing this. There are so many more businesses now. I keep my schedule in a paper diary because I don't trust the phone apps to keep everything straight. It works for me. I just try to be practical and help folks out. It is a long day usually.
