Free Lancer

Our spot is called Otlo 8 in Nirant Park. If you are familiar with the Thaltej area in Ahmedabad, we are right near the Sun N Step Club. It’s a decent neighborhood to work in. We started Free Lancer because we wanted to work on our own terms without having to answer to a boss in some high-rise building. Most of our neighbors are families, so it stays pretty quiet during the day. We have been in this part of Gujarat for quite some time now. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can focus. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. If a job comes in and we can do it, we take it. There is no grand plan or five-year strategy here. We just try to do right by the people who hire us. Sometimes we stay late when a project gets tricky, and other times we might take a long lunch if things are slow. It is a very human way of working. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If the bell rings, one of us just gets up and answers it. We like keeping things small and manageable. It keeps the stress levels down and lets us actually talk to people like normal humans.
