You can find Flymax Plastic Pvt. Ltd. at 13, Sukhram Chambers, right along the Bapunagar Highway in Ahmedabad. Being near the Khodiyar Nagar cross road means we get a lot of noise from the traffic outside, but it also makes it easy for people to find us. We’ve been in these chambers for a while now, and the office has that lived-in feel. There are stacks of samples on the tables and old calendars on the walls. We do a lot of plastic work, and our days are usually filled with phone calls and checking on production schedules. It’s not a quiet job. The highway is always busy, and that energy kind of spills over into the way we work. We have a small group of employees who have mostly become like family over the years. We know each other’s kids and what everyone likes to eat for lunch. We don’t go in for corporate training or fancy mission statements. We just try to stay on top of the orders and make sure the plastic coming out of the machines looks the way it should. Sometimes the power goes out or a delivery is late, and we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it seems to work for us. Ahmedabad is a fast-growing city, and we’re just happy to have our little corner of it here in Bapunagar. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
