This office is located over in Ramnagar Takalol, which is in the Digandhainagar area of Gujarat. We go by Flsmidth Design Pvt Ltd. It’s a bit out of the way, but we like it that way because it’s quiet. We mostly deal with drawings and technical plans. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll see people in suits. Most of us just wear plain shirts and sandals. The weather here can be quite dry and dusty, so we are always cleaning the desks. We have a small team and we’ve all been together for a while now. It feels more like a family than a business sometimes. We eat our lunch together and talk about local news. The building is just a standard one, nothing special. We don’t have a big sign outside, just a small one near the door so people don't get lost. Most of our clients reach us by phone anyway. It’s a simple setup with a few computers and a lot of paper. We try to be careful with our work because that’s what matters in the end. Gujarat is a place where people value hard work, and we try to live up to that. No one here is trying to be a big boss. We just want to do the job right and go home to our families. It is a steady way to spend the week.
