We are based out of 155 Bhargav Tenament in the Kubernagar Bunglow Area of Ahmedabad. It might seem a bit confusing to some with the name mentioning London, but this is where we actually sit and work every single day. The office is right in the bungalow area, which is usually a bit quieter than the main roads of the city. We spend most of our time looking at property listings and talking to people about houses and land. It’s a small setup. We have a couple of old desks and some extra chairs for when people come to visit and chat. Sometimes it gets quite hot in the afternoon, so we keep the ceiling fans going at full speed. It’s not a big corporate building, just a regular place where we keep our files and maps of the local areas. We’ve been here in Ahmedabad for a bit now, helping folks find places to stay or helping them sell what they have. There’s always someone coming in with questions about a specific street or a price. We just tell it like it is, without any of that complicated talk. No fancy brochures or anything, just plain talking. The neighbors are nice, and we usually have tea brought in from the shop around the corner twice a day. It’s a local business, and we know the streets around here pretty well. We aren’t trying to be anything we aren't. We just work the local real estate beat.
