Feedback Ventures Pvt Ltd is situated in Ahmedabad, specifically at B 29 in Chandanpark Soc. We are right near Sahyog Soc in the Chandkheda area. This neighborhood is mostly residential, so it is a pretty peaceful place to have an office. We like the fact that we can hear the birds in the morning instead of just honking cars. Our office is basically part of the housing society, so it feels very much like a home. We have a few desks set up in the main room and a small storage area for all our records. The people who work here are mostly from the local area, so they don't have to travel very far to get to work. We keep things very informal here. There is no dress code, and we don't have long, boring meetings every morning. We just know what needs to be done and we get to it. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit when the weather is nice to have our tea. Ahmedabad is a hardworking city, and we try to match that energy in our own small way. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks or try to lure people in with big promises. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. It is a very straightforward way of doing things, and it has worked for us so far. We are just regular people making a go of it without any polished corporate talk.
