We are located over at 19 Suflam Flats, right opposite the Jaihind Press on Ashram Road in Ahmedabad. It’s an older building, and our office is just a regular apartment space we’ve converted for work. Being in the telecom sector means there is always something going on with networks or customer issues. Ashram Road is one of the busiest streets around, so there’s always the sound of traffic in the background. We have been here for a long time, back when things were a bit different in the city. Our desks are usually covered in wires, old phones, and a lot of paperwork that we need to file. We aren't a huge corporate headquarters, just a local branch where we handle the daily grind of the telecom business. The Pin Code is 380009 if you’re sending us something. We drink a lot of coffee to stay awake during the long shifts. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out, which is pretty common around here. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. We just focus on keeping the systems running and answering the calls that come in. It’s a small team of us, and we’ve become more like a family over the years. We just try to get through the work without too many hiccups and make sure the phones are working.
