Our office and warehouse are at No. 9 in the Ashwamegh Industrial Estate over in Changodhar. Changodhar is a bit of a drive for some, but it is the right place for a medical company like ours to have some space. The estate is filled with all kinds of businesses, so there is a constant flow of people and goods. Our unit is fairly straightforward—no big signs or flashy lights, just a place where we store and manage medical supplies. We spend a lot of time checking batches and making sure the inventory is up to date. The commute out here can be a bit tiring with the traffic on the highway, but once we are at the estate, it is all about the work. We have a small crew, and everyone knows what they need to do. It gets pretty busy around midday when the couriers start arriving to pick up the day's shipments. We have worked out of this spot for a few years now, and we have a routine that works for us. The building itself is sturdy and functional, which is exactly what we need. We don't have a lot of walk-in visitors because of where we are located, so most of our interactions are over the phone or through emails. It is a practical way to run a business, and we prefer staying out of the city center's chaos. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
