We are located on the second floor of the New Cloth Market, specifically B-14. This is right by Raipur Darwaja in the Raipur area. It’s a very old and crowded part of the city, and the market is always full of people carrying bales of cloth. Even though we are an instruments and controls business, being in the cloth market makes sense because that’s where the trade happens. You have to navigate through narrow lanes and lots of scooters to get to our building. Once you get up to the second floor, it’s a bit quieter than the street level. We have a few rooms where we keep our stock of gauges and meters. It’s an old building, so the walls have some character and the wiring is a bit messy in places. We’ve been here for years, and we know most of the other shopkeepers in the market. We mostly deal with local industries who need replacement parts for their machines. It’s a lot of over-the-counter talk and handwriting invoices. We don't have a website that we update or anything like that. People usually just find us by word of mouth or because they’ve been buying from us since my father’s time. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the market prices. It’s just a small, local operation trying to keep things running smoothly.
