Our office is right in the middle of a very old and busy part of Ahmedabad. We are located at 269 Math S Pole, which is inside Koth S Pole, near the Bhutni Ambali area in Raipur. It is the kind of neighborhood where everyone knows each other. The streets are quite narrow, so you have to be careful when walking or riding a bike through the lanes. We have been operating Fact Personnel Pvt Ltd from this spot for quite a few years now. The building is traditional and does not look like those new glass towers you see in the city. Inside, we have our computers and a few desks where we handle all the recruitment paperwork. It gets quite lively during the day with all the sounds from the street coming through the windows. We hear the vendors and the scooters all day long. We do not have a big team, just a few of us who know how to get things done without making a big fuss about it. Sometimes we share some snacks in the afternoon while we go over the resumes we received. It is a very grounded way to work. We do not believe in fancy titles or corporate rules that don't make sense. We just try to help businesses find the staff they need.
