Excel Staff Recruitment

If you know the football ground near Kankaria in Ahmedabad, then you’re pretty close to where we work. We are at 29 Chandraprakash Society 1. It’s a nice area, especially with the park nearby. We focus on staff recruitment, which basically means we spend our days looking through resumes and talking to people who need jobs. It’s a lot of chatting and trying to figure out if someone is a good fit for a role. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves and help local businesses find the right staff. Recruitment can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we’ve gotten the hang of it over the years. Our office is simple, just some desks and a few chairs for visitors. We don’t have any fancy posters on the walls. Mostly just calendars and some notes we’ve scribbled to ourselves. Kankaria is such a famous part of Ahmedabad, so it’s nice to be based here. People drop by now and then to ask about work. We try to be helpful, though we can't always find a job for everyone right away. It’s a bit of a balancing act. We like the pace of life here. It’s steady and keeps us busy without being too overwhelming. We’ve been part of the Chandraprakash Society for a while and the neighbors are all good people. Just a regular business doing regular work in a city we like.
