It is a very busy part of the city, and the traffic on the Ring Road can be quite something during the morning hours. Being near the bus stand means we have a lot of commuters walking past all the time. Our office is situated in a large commercial complex, so we have neighbors doing all sorts of different things. Inside, the space is mostly filled with engineering plans and computer setups. We do a lot of enviro engineering work, which keeps us pretty focused throughout the day. The space at Japan Market is practical for us because it is central, even if it gets a bit noisy with the buses and the market activity right outside our windows. We usually grab lunch at one of the small food stalls nearby Belgium Square. It is a very urban environment, not like a quiet industrial park.
