Effective Tele Services

You can find us over at Plot No 211 in Sector 5A of Gandhinagar. It is a lot quieter here than in Ahmedabad, which is nice because you can actually hear yourself think. We work in the tele services field, which basically means we spend a lot of time on headsets. The office is in a pretty standard building in Gujarat 382005. We have rows of desks and people talking all through the day and sometimes late into the night depending on the shift. It is a bit of a weird job because you are talking to people you will never meet, but you get used to the rhythm of it. The staff here is mostly local, and we have our little routines, like where we go for snacks during our breaks. It is not a glamorous life, but it is steady. We try to keep the atmosphere light because the work can be repetitive. Sometimes the air conditioning is too cold, and everyone is wearing sweaters even when it is boiling outside. That is just how these offices are. We have been at this location for some time now, and we know the sector 5A area like the back of our hand. It is just a group of people trying to do their jobs well and get home to their families at the end of the shift.
