Dynamic Workforce

Our office for Dynamic Workforce is located over in Thaltej, right there in the Sterling Enclave building. If you know where the Gurudhwara Temple is on the SG Highway, then finding us is pretty simple because we are just behind that. The area stays busy all day with cars zooming by on the highway, but once you step into the building, it gets a bit quieter. We have been here for some time now and the space feels lived in. There are stacks of papers on the desks and a few chairs for people who come in to talk about jobs. It is not a fancy corporate setup with glass walls and uniforms. It is just a regular place where we get the work done. The tea guy comes around twice a day and that is usually when we take a small break. Most of the people working here have been around the neighborhood for years. We handle the staffing stuff as it comes. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it is just us catching up on filing. The air conditioning works okay but it struggles a bit when the Ahmedabad heat really kicks in during May. We do not have any big signs out front, just the name on the door in the hallway. It is a practical spot for a business like ours. We just focus on the daily tasks and try to stay on top of things.
