District Panchayat Officemehsana

Our office is located right by Saraspur Potaliya Talav in Ahmedabad 18. It’s the District Panchayat Officemehsana. It might seem a bit strange being an office for Mehsana while being physically here in Ahmedabad, but that’s just how the setup ended up. The area around the lake can get busy with people and traffic. We have a lot of folks coming in and out throughout the week. The building itself is older and has that specific smell of paper and old furniture. We spend most of our time dealing with administrative stuff. It’s not the kind of place you’d come for a tour, it’s just a workspace. We have a few desks squeezed in and everyone knows each other’s business since it's a bit tight in here. Lunch breaks are usually spent chatting about local news or what's happening at the market nearby. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the stacks of documents get a bit high. It’s a very local feel here. Nothing like those big corporate buildings you see on the other side of town. We just handle the district panchayat tasks as they come. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit and we just wait it out. It’s just a regular part of working in this neighborhood. We’ve been at this spot for a long time and everyone knows the way to the door. We just keep things moving.
