Delta Placements

We are located at number 11 in the Uplav Society. It is right near Anjali Char Rasta in the Bhattha area of Paldi, here in Ahmedabad. Delta Placements is a small operation where we help people find work and try to fill open spots for different companies. It is a lot of talking to people and looking at resumes all day long. The society is a decent place to work, relatively quiet compared to the main road. We have a small office where we sit down with folks and talk about what kind of jobs they are looking for. It is not always easy, sometimes there are not enough jobs to go around, but we do what we can. Ahmedabad is a big city with lots of people looking for opportunities, so we stay pretty busy. We don't have a big HR team or anything like that, just a few of us who know how the local market works. Usually, the morning is spent making calls and the afternoons are for interviews. We keep our files organized as best we can, though things can get a bit messy when it is busy. It is a regular job, just like anyone else's. We don't use any fancy software to pick people, we just talk to them and see if they are a good fit. That is how we have always done things here in Paldi and it seems to work okay for us. We try to be helpful and honest with everyone who walks through the door, even if we don't always have the perfect answer right away.
