Over at Deccan Earthmovers, we are the ones you talk to if you need L&T equipment in Ahmedabad. We are set up at number 77 in the Nandini Society, which is in the D’Cabin area of Sabarmati. It’s a busy part of town, especially with the railway stuff nearby. Dealing with earthmoving machinery is a heavy business, and our yard is usually full of big parts and grease. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear a nice suit. We are mostly in overalls or rugged clothes because we are always climbing on things or checking under hoods. Sabarmati has a lot of history, and we feel like we are part of the city’s backbone, helping provide the tools that build the roads and buildings. The D’Cabin neighborhood has a specific feel to it, a bit industrial and very active. We don’t spend much time on fancy marketing or trying to sound like a huge corporation. We are just a dealership that knows our machines inside and out. When a customer comes in, we talk to them man-to-man about what they need for their job site. We handle the paperwork, sure, but we’d rather be talking about engines or hydraulics. It’s a practical, noisy, and honest way to make a living. We’ve been at Nandini Society for a while and the locals know us well. It’s hard work, but we wouldn’t have it any other way in Sabarmati.
